A visual exploration of memory, identity, and belonging through the interconnected Black and Brown communities that shaped my understanding of home in Los Angeles.
Approach
I developed a flexible identity rooted in the film’s ideas of fragmentation and perception. Layering, distortion, and subtle typographic disruption created visual tension, while a restrained palette and strong hierarchy maintained clarity and usability across formats.





OutcomeThe final system unified all touchpoints, from exhibition materials to environmental signage making the work more accessible while preserving its conceptual depth. It provided a consistent framework that supported both audience navigation and institutional collaboration.
